{"id":1104,"date":"2013-06-30T17:36:40","date_gmt":"2013-06-30T16:36:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.xs4all.co.uk\/tablefortwo\/?p=1104"},"modified":"2013-06-30T17:36:40","modified_gmt":"2013-06-30T16:36:40","slug":"lunch-in-the-garden","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.xs4all.co.uk\/tablefortwo\/2013\/06\/30\/lunch-in-the-garden\/","title":{"rendered":"Lunch in the garden."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Just heard it&#8217;s been the warmest day of the year so far.\u00a0 It&#8217;s been lovely, very warm and a slight breeze and we simply could not have lunch inside, when Ewuta came.\u00a0 Initially I wanted to make the scallops for her with mashed minted peas and parma ham, but Ocado delivered small scallops last night, so I made a nice mushroom risotto to sit the scallops on. Nice it was, made with the remaining Gavi and good mushrom stock, finished with parmesan. Scallops, though small, were fresh and delicious, fried on butter. The whole dish had a nice splash of truffle oil and fresh thyme as well as a few slices of parma.
