I had a packet of green tagliatelle, so pesto was an obvious choice. I had no basil though, but what I had was lots of coriander, so I whizzed it\u00a0 along with all the pesto ingredients, toasted pine nuts, grated parmesan, garlic, olive oil and seasoning, plus half a red chilli.<\/p>\n<p>What I got was a nice pesto, but not as awesome, mouth smacking pesto, as the one made with basil.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.xs4all.co.uk\/tablefortwo\/files\/2013\/08\/DSC_4726.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-1142\" alt=\"DSC_4726\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.xs4all.co.uk\/tablefortwo\/files\/2013\/08\/DSC_4726.jpg\" width=\"512\" height=\"342\" \/><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After a weekend of slaving in the kitchen, I wanted something super quick for dinner.
