This recipe is particularly good!<\/p>\n<p>You will need this lot :<code><\/code><\/p>\n<p><code><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1216 alignright\" alt=\"Allinson Dried Active Yeast\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.xs4all.co.uk\/tablefortwo\/files\/2013\/11\/Yeast.jpg\" width=\"111\" height=\"165\" \/>240 g Strong white bread flour<br \/>\nSome yeast (We used Allinson dried active yeast)<br \/>\n1 table spoon tbs (8 g) olive oil<br \/>\nSome sugar for the dried yeast.<br \/>\nA pinch of salt<br \/>\nSome water<br \/>\n<\/code><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nThe method :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Make up the yeast according to the label :<br \/>\nFor example, ours said 650 g of flour requires 15 g of yeast, so proportionally :<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1218\" alt=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.xs4all.co.uk\/tablefortwo\/files\/2013\/11\/1.png\" width=\"82\" height=\"38\" \/> , solving for x, x \u2248 5.5 g = amount of yeast. (No recipe is complete without a formula.)<\/p>\n<p>Work out sugar and water in the same way. Use warm water (2 part cold 1 part boiling).<\/li>\n<li>Whilst the yeast is getting ready, measure out the flour into a mixing bowl and sprinkle a pinch of salt over it.<\/li>\n<li>Make a well in the middle and add the olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>When the yeast is ready, add the yeast mixture to the dough.<\/li>\n<li>Add additional water to the dough such that the total water added to the dough, including the yeast mixture, is 150 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the dough in the bowl incorporating all the flour into the mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Take the douknead the dough for <em>at least<\/em> 5 minutes until it is nice and smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Put the dough in the mixing bowl and rest it in a nice warm place, for example next to a radiator.<\/li>\n<li>Add topping (Lolu did that) and cook it (Lolu did that too.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Delizioso!
