Something nice to have while watching &#8220;Horrible Bosses&#8221; &#8211; awesome!!!- and to divert our attention from the broken boiler.\u00a0 I bought a small pork fillet, cut into rings, flattened a bit and seasoned well, then covered in egg and breadcrumbs and pan fried with some chopped onions.\u00a0 Served with the same lovely bacon and leeks mash, like last Sunday and green beans.\u00a0 Nice and simple.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.xs4all.co.uk\/tablefortwo\/files\/2011\/10\/DSC_2470.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-545\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.xs4all.co.uk\/tablefortwo\/files\/2011\/10\/DSC_2470.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"384\" height=\"257\" \/><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wednesday night dinner.
