I said to Florek- I&#8217;d like to bake something nice. &#8220;Ciasto czekoladowe&#8221;, said my naturalized Pole. \ud83d\ude42 How could I not?<\/p>\n<p>The recipe comes form GF, naturally. I made half a portion, so that it was not wasted, but enjoyed while fresh.<\/p>\n<p>70 g of pitted prunes I heated up with 2 tbsps of whisky( the recipe called for Marsala, I don&#8217;t even know what it tastes like exactly). I whizzed it then, pulsed rather, didn&#8217;t want a slush. 70 g of dark chocolate melted with 50 g of butter, prune mixture in. 2 whole eggs I whipped with 75 g of sugar, half and half caster and muscovado, one white left aside to be whipped separately. 50 g of ground almonds, a tbsp of plain flour a splash of vanilla essence. All mixed together went to a tin dusted with cocoa and into the oven for 25 minutes in 160 degrees.
